THE PACE OF A DAY

Two landscapes, one thread of red earth and rhythm.

Beginning at Casa Moja, the Indian Ocean at your feet, coconut water in your hands, mornings open with Babette's yoga ritual, facing the sunrise - an invitation to be, breathe, and let go.

Days hold their own rhythm with a second session in the afternoon, anchoring stillness and strength; a visit to bustling Mombasa old town and spice market; a sunset dhow cruise on a traditional Swahili boat; an aromatherapy massage; long afternoons by the infinity pool.

On day 4, we rail to another landscape famous for its red soil and enduring legend of the Tsavo lions - three nights beneath the vast bush sky dotted with game drives and walks. Home again, the same journey carrying you back toward the ocean.

Two landscapes. One rhythm. Rooted in land, rich in culture.

9 DAYS TO CONNECT BACK TO YOUR HEART THROUGH THE EARTH

YOUR FACILITATOR:
BABETTE - RHYTHM KEEPER

Babette found the yoga mat in 2003 and trained in the Ashtanga tradition under Alexander Medin. She spent years carrying the practice into Ila Prison outside Oslo - proof of her belief that stillness and strength belong to everyone. From the coast to the red earth of Tsavo, she'll set the rhythm of your days - the practice moving with the land, morning after morning, wherever you wake.

WHAT TO EXPECT

She teaches beginners and seasoned practitioners alike - composed, patient, unhurried - offering a word or an adjustment only where it's needed, and otherwise letting you find your own way in. She has travelled the globe, and comes alive in new places and new company.

From the coast to the red earth of Tsavo, she'll set the rhythm of your days - the practice moving with the land, morning after morning, wherever you wake.
